Reckoning
-
Reckoning is a three-day intensive process that requires diving deep into your personal story. Working alongside me as your coach, this experience is designed to support your growth and help you navigate the next direction on your path.
This is for you if you are feeling lost and unsure whether you are in a toxic relationship and need support to find clarity. Or perhaps you already know the relationship is unhealthy and are wondering whether you should stay or go. This is your opportunity to dig deep, understand yourself, comprehend the dynamics of the relationship, and find a path that aligns with your values, your family, and your sanity.
Day 1: You will embark on a deep dive into understanding yourself through written expression. You'll explore who you are, your values, your relational dynamics, and the relational dynamics of your family of origin. Finally, you'll lean into understanding your desires for the future and identify how your current life may be out of alignment with your goals and values.
Day 2: We will connect one-on-one to explore the insights gained from your written reflection and examine how patterns of attachment contribute to your current relational dynamics. We will address relational trauma honestly, and by integrating somatic mind-body connections, we will create a plan to help you get grounded, gain clarity, and take action on self-care. This may involve setting boundaries, finding space for yourself, or deciding on the next steps for separation or divorce.
Day 3: This day is all about integration. Through Voxer, we will have direct communication to help you integrate and implement the action plan developed on Day 2. I will walk alongside you, answering your questions and helping you find ways to regulate your nervous system in the moment. We will also strategically explore the next steps in the separation and divorce process, including finding potential attorneys, exploring housing options, or developing an action plan for safely communicating your needs. Whatever it is, this day is about integrating all you have learned through Day 1 and Day 2 to move forward feeling confident and resilient.
